Chatsworth Honey has been family owned and operated since 1923. After two generations in the Bryans family, Toby Bruce and Kelly Rogers have been keeping the bees since 1988. Today, 700 beehives are managed for pollination, bee breeding, and honey production
Our honey is gathered from the pristine pastures and wildflowers of rural Grey County. Many of our beeyards are located along the protected lands of the Niagara Escarpment as it winds its way north to Georgian Bay and the Bayview Escarpment Nature Reserve.
This unique terroir gives Chatsworth Honey its superior flavour. It’s as pure and natural as can bee.
At our honey house we take care to use gentle processing techniques to maintain the delicate flavours and natural properties of honey. All of our honey is unpasteurized.
